Press the acupressure points behind your knees, at the fold, press firmly for 1 minute, do this by lying on your back with your legs up and knees bent. Place your fingertips at the centre of the crease behind each knee, holding these points, gently rock your legs back and forth and breathe deeply. When you're finished rest your feet flat on the floor, with your knees bent and relax. Repeat this about 3 times a day And if you can do all that then you are a genius!
And also another way, is to sit crossed leg on the floor and twist yourself round to your left as far as you can go and then repeat on your right hand side, this will help to make your back more flexible and less likely to strain in the future.
But the one which i do regulary, is to sleep on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Rest your head on some books about 10cm off the floor and keep head centre, keep your hands by your sides and push the small of your back towards the ground. After that lay there for 15 minutes and don't move a muscle! or start again. You can also put on your 2Pac cd's to help you relax, and you can do this as many times you want.
Although these are quite good for backs, but the best obviously is my mum, she cracks all the bones down your back, as you can tell there is some pain involved, but like i say, 'no pain, no gain', which doesn't really help when you're screaming!
I hope these work if you can understand them.
